Healing is not about changing who you are, it is about becoming more whole.
Combining Internal Family Systems (IFS), humanistic & somatic psychotherapy and Integral Coaching to support you on your healing journey towards fullness of being, joy, aliveness.
If you’re here, you might be looking for someone who understands the intricacies of the human experience—someone who can hold space for the profound complexity of your inner world with empathy, insight, and care. That’s the heart of my work, and it’s what I’m most passionate about offering.
I specialise in a unique blend of approaches that I describe as Wholeness Work.
Elements of IFS (Internal Family Systems), somatic psychotherapy and Integral philosophy combine to include the mind, heart, body, and spirit. My clients often come to me when they feel stuck—caught in painful patterns, overwhelmed by inner conflict, or yearning to feel truly at home within themselves. Together, we explore your inner landscape, bringing compassion to the parts of you that feel vulnerable or protective, while connecting with the wholeness and wisdom already within you.

My path into this work began with my own struggles. As a young adult, I faced years of existential anxiety and daily panic attacks that forced me to confront some of life’s deepest questions. That journey—while difficult—became a turning point, leading me to psychotherapy and a profound inquiry into the nature of human suffering, healing, and transformation.
Growing up across cultures, with one foot in mainstream society and the other as a foreigner, I developed a deep appreciation for nuance and multiple perspectives. This ability to bridge worlds—whether cultural, relational, or internal—is a hallmark of my work today.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space that is warm, curious, and grounded in deep respect for your individuality. I see healing as a collaborative process. Whether we’re untangling protective patterns, soothing the nervous system, or reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom, I’ll be right there with you—gently guiding, supporting, and championing your growth.
Through our work, my hope is that you’ll feel more integrated, resilient, and at peace, able to move through life’s challenges with greater ease and authenticity.
I believe that personal healing has the power to transform not only individuals but also relationships and communities. The work we do together doesn’t just stay in the therapy room—it ripples outward, creating more conscious, compassionate, and connected ways of being in the world.
If my words resonate with you, I’d love to connect. I'd love to help you find what is hurting and release it from its binds. But let's not stop there. Let's find your unique and authentic way of navigating this one wild and precious life.

The client- therapist relationship is a private and protected one from beginning to end, a sudden public announcement could be a break in the safety that has been built
The end of the therapeutic process is a sacred moment, one of reflection, grief, profound gratitude (in both directions!) and much more. Slotting in a testimonial form at this point has never felt right to me
People are usually too polite to give constructive feedback, testimonials never give us a balanced view
Trust is built, not given. I am committed to building that trust between us, but I don't expect you to give it to me from the get-go, just because others have come to trust me in the past
However, my current best ethical consideration on this at the moment is this:

People are too polite to give constructive feedback, especially to someone in an important role. My clients have only ever said wonderful things about me and that is lovely... AND it is just like at a funeral, the eulogies NEVER give you the full picture.
