Healing is not about changing who you are, it is about becoming more whole.
Combining Internal Family Systems (IFS), humanistic & somatic psychotherapy and Integral Coaching to support you on your healing journey towards fullness of being, joy, aliveness.
I'm not perfect, my life isn't perfect, and I still have days where everything feels like a mess (because it is!).
AND
I'm not perfect, my life isn't perfect, and I still have days where everything feels like a mess (because it is!).
AND
I want it ALL.
Every shiny moment & every sticky one. I crave the highs of utter joy & the depths of agonizing grief because wholeness is profoundly beautiful. Perfection, on the other hand, is cutting off precious pieces of ourselves. I know now, I can have it all without feeling broken, lost or uprooted.
I owe my life & love to therapy, to the continual explorations of the winding paths of my childhood, my attachment patterns, my trauma, and all. However, it was not until I discovered three gems of wisdom that all that learning and healing came together and I felt like I had fully arrived in my Self:
Somatics (in short: listening to the wisdom of the body),
Parts Work (IFS being the most well-known), and
Integral Theory (the study and philosophy of wholeness and how everything fits together).
I won't flood you here with the details of my wholeness approach—please click through to my philosophy page if you crave more depth.
For now, suffice it to say, I'm here to help others on their own healing journeys. Whether you need a fellow traveller or a guide, a mentor or playmate, I'm here as all of me. My mission is to help you become more whole, alive, and present in your life. To help you love the messy wildness of it all, feel deeply rooted in those fierce storms, and deeply savour when the sun shines and the birds sing.
We'll find what is hurting and release it from its binds. But let's not stop there. Let's find your unique way of navigating this one wild and precious life.

However, my current best ethical consideration on this at the moment is this:
The client- therapist relationship is a private and protected one from beginning to end, a sudden public announcement could be a break in the safety that has been built
The end of the therapeutic process is a sacred moment, one of reflection, grief, profound gratitude (in both directions!) and much more. Slotting in a testimonial form at this point has never felt right to me
People are too polite to give constructive feedback, especially to someone in an important role. My clients have only ever said wonderful things about me and that is lovely... AND it is just like at a funeral, the eulogies NEVER give you the full picture.
Trust is built, not given. I am committed to building that trust between us, but I don't expect you to give it to me from the get-go, just because others have come to trust me in the past
Finally, the truth of human relating (including that of a client and a therapist) is that it is beautifully, imperfectly messy, forged in times of glorious alignment, times of mis-attunement and most importantly, times of profound repair. Testimonials don't speak to this.
